In celebration of World Health Day, and as part of our employee welfare initiatives, a Health Screening and Awareness Campaign was held at the UMediC Office on Monday, April 7th, 2025.<\/p>\n

With employee wellness in mind, we are extremely grateful and excited to share that our dedicated medical team from @UMC Healthcare Centre and @UMediC Ambulance provided their professional assistance throughout the event.<\/p>\n

The session kicked off with an insightful Health Talk on “Practice Healthy Eating & Active Lifestyle,” followed by an energizing stretching session for all employees.<\/p>\n

Complimentary health check-ups included:
\n\u2022 BMI checking
\n\u2022 Basic SpO2 check-up
\n\u2022 Blood sugar test
\n\u2022 Blood pressure screening<\/p>\n

This campaign is just the beginning. World Health Day serves as a reminder to prioritize our well-being and make lasting, healthy lifestyle changes.<\/p>\n
