In celebration of World Health Day, and as part of our employee welfare initiatives, a Health Screening and Awareness Campaign was held at the UMediC Office on Monday, April 7th, 2025.

With employee wellness in mind, we are extremely grateful and excited to share that our dedicated medical team from @UMC Healthcare Centre and @UMediC Ambulance provided their professional assistance throughout the event.

The session kicked off with an insightful Health Talk on “Practice Healthy Eating & Active Lifestyle,” followed by an energizing stretching session for all employees.

Complimentary health check-ups included:
• BMI checking
• Basic SpO2 check-up
• Blood sugar test
• Blood pressure screening

This campaign is just the beginning. World Health Day serves as a reminder to prioritize our well-being and make lasting, healthy lifestyle changes.
